BAM!
For the Book A Month Challenge, this month’s theme is “time”. The post announcing the theme has a lot of great suggestions, but I’ve chosen one – The nature of space and time / Stephen Hawking and Roger Penrose – that seems to be fairly interesting. I’ve read the Stephen Hawking book “A Brief History of Time”, but I hadn’t heard about this one. So, as part of the Book A Month challenge, I’ll pick this one up at my local library and give it a whirl!

Hurray!!
If its written well, I think you’ll find the subject extremely interesting. Just have a bottle of whiskey and someone to debate/discuss things with handy as you read. The whiskey will help you get your mind twisted in the right way for space-time to make sense, and the discussion partner will help straighten you out again.
Trust me, I’ve been down this road.

It’s Stephen Hawkings! Even when the subject matter requires some whiskey (and what subject matter doesn’t, really?), he manages to make it accessible.

Interesting post. I have made a twitter post about this. Others no doubt will like it like I did.
